Let's support and motivate our community of ladies to strive for active and functional health and fitness with a progressive weekly exercise challenge to build yourself a full workout over a few weeks. It will help you develop exercise habits as you progressively increase adding exercise into each day starting from just a few minutes in the first week... This is my first online challenge, so feedback is welcome. It will initially be capped at 8 weeks with the potential to continue on and lead on to something bigger and better (you will not be locked in longer than 8 weeks if you don't want to be). Let me know what you would like to see added at any stage along the way. Make sure you join the support group to help keep us all accountable!
