Welcome to the six week coaching program including:

  • Nutritional guidance, support and accountability

  • Contact with me weekdays anytime between 7am-8pm, via the messenger service on my Fit by Wix app (replies may be delayed at times depending on my schedule of clients or shift work)

  • Habit building support with a goal to implement a small and achievable new healthy habit each week

  • A strength based exercise program (including demo videos) to follow along at home 2-3 times/week
